I have worked with Urban Resource since 2017. In the past, I worked with other property management companies for my buildings in North Carolina, but I decided to self-manage those properties. Whenever UR decides to expand operations to North Carolina, I will gladly let them take over my properties as I have never had a problem with UR. As a matter of fact, my building in Miami Beach is one of the few properties that I feel I do not have to keep a close eye on. I do not worry about the quality of their work or their accuracy with accounting. With Urban Resource, I have never even had a delinquency last more than ONE month! When I originally purchased the property, I invested $80-$90k into the building and let UR manage all projects. Everything went according to plan with no issues.
