In 2003, I purchased my property at Marseille Deco Condominium. In 2008, I met one of the Urban Resource owner’s, Daniel Veitia, at a community event – they are very involved. As a board member with our condo association, we were looking for a new management company who could finally meet our needs. In 2009, everything turned around for our condo when we signed with Urban Resource. They provide professional service that all management companies should, but none do. The Urban Resource team has a handle on their job and what they are supposed to do. They have completed projects big and small, including our 40-year Certification. They obtained triple bids because they have many local resources. Everything is above board and we have an assigned property manager that we can go to for everything. In prep for board meetings, we receive full financial disclosures and there is never a question that everything is done right.

In 2011, I moved away from the area, stayed on the condo board, and decided to have Urban Resource manage my unit. The team is in good communication with the board and I do not worry about what is going on in my building or my unit. I could never imagine us leaving Urban Resource. They know what they are doing, and I am super happy with Urban Resource.
