I chose to work with Urban Resource in 2015 as our property manager for our, now, six buildings.  They are the local big boy in town in Miami Beach and are really good at what they do. Urban Resource does everything including renovations, collecting rents, paying vendors, and full accounting.   It is hard to nail down just one thing they do well.
